The ingredients of Alishan Maple Sugar Tremella are quite simple.
The raw materials are only water, maple sugar, and fresh Tremella fuciformis. There are absolutely no chemical flavors or preservatives added.
The Tremella fuciformis we choose is Taiwan T8 organic fresh Tremella fuciformis, which is cultivated in an environmentally controlled manner throughout the entire process. No pesticides or fertilizers are used, and we insist on fresh harvesting and cooking.
