About Ganoderma lucidum

1. What is Ganoderma lucidum?
Ganoderma lucidum is a polyporous mushroom. There are currently more than 200 known types of ganoderma. The wild edible ones are very small, and some are highly toxic. Many edible ganoderma can only be found in specific tree species, so they are extremely precious.
At present, due to the advancement of cultivation technology, mass production can be achieved through artificial cultivation.

2. How to eat Ganoderma lucidum?
Ganoderma lucidum tea: Brew Ganoderma lucidum slices with 95-degree boiling water. Generally, about 10 to 15 grams per day for an adult can be brewed about 5 times.
How to decoct Ganoderma lucidum in water: Put the Ganoderma lucidum slices into a pot, add water, and cook like decoction of Chinese medicine. Generally speaking, you can decoct it three to four times; you can also decoct it in water three times in a row, then put it in a thermos bottle and drink it slowly.
Ganoderma soaked in wine: Put the Ganoderma lucidum slices into a sealed bottle of white wine and soak for three days. Drink it after the white wine turns brown-red. However, because Ganoderma lucidum tastes bitter, it is recommended to add some rock sugar or honey.
Ganoderma lucidum stew: Like other medicinal materials, ganoderma lucidum can also be stewed together with ingredients. You can choose any meat you like according to your own eating habits: pork, beef, mutton, and chicken. Add ganoderma lucidum to the stew for seasoning.
