Alishan Spring-Alpine Oolong TeaThis Alishan Spring High Mountain Oolong Tea is produced from leaves grown above 1,200 metres in Alishan, where marked day–night temperature variation and persistent mist encourage slow growth and aromatic concentration. The liquor opens with clean orchid florals and a fresh passion fruit lift. On the palate it is smooth and rounded, developing gentle sweetness with a subtle sweet potato note. The cup remains free from bitterness, finishing long, clean and softly fragrant.
Ingredients: Selected lightly fermented oolong tea from Alishan,
grown at an altitude of over 1200 meters,
consisting of one bud and two leaves.
Specifications: 150 grams per can.
Brewing method
The ratio of tea leaves to water is 1:100
The water temperature is 90-100℃
The steeping time is 3-4 minutes
